Credentialing the massive first responder community presents enormous challenges and opportunities. This was the theme of a recent Identity in Government breakfast meeting hosted by AVISIAN Publishing in Washington D.C. AVISIAN editor Chris Corum spoke with Department of Homeland Security’s Tony Cieri about the current effort to bring FIPS 201 technology to this important population. Numerous challenges to porting ID to handsets
