Monday, January 7, 2008

FaceKey Corporation announced today that Centralized Showing Service, Inc. an around-the-clock call center headquartered in Lenexa, KS has selected the EntryGuard™ fingerprint-based time and attendance system and access control system for several of its Real Estate Call Centers. FaceKey fingerprint-based time clocks and access control products will be used to improve efficiency and free the staff to help Realtors® sell their clients’ homes. Because all the FaceKey products use the same database of users, a company that has a time clock, can install additional FaceKey security products without further enrollment of employees.

FaceKey Products Enter New Niche in Call Centers

SAN ANTONIO, TX — FaceKey Corporation, the manufacturer of biometric security products utilizing fingerprint and/or facial recognition, announced today that Centralized Showing Service, Inc. an around-the-clock call center headquartered in Lenexa, KS (http://www.showings.com), has selected the EntryGuard™ fingerprint-based time and attendance system and access control system for several of its Real Estate Call Centers.

Kevin Faherty, Vice President of Centralized Showing Service, Inc.(CSS) emphasized that the major reason for selecting FaceKey fingerprint based time clocks and access control products is to improve efficiency and free the staff to help Realtors® sell their clients’ homes. CSS currently schedules over 15 million showings per year and serves more than 100,000 Realtors® in 40 markets across the U.S. Because all the FaceKey products use the same database of users, a company that has a time clock, can quickly install additional FaceKey security products without further enrollment of employees. CSS immediately saw a reduction in its labor costs because of the accuracy of the time clocks. Faherty says that “FaceKey has worked diligently with us to customize payroll reports that fit our operation.”

According to Dr. Yevgeny B. Levitov, President and Co-Founder of FaceKey, “Our priority is to produce industry-leading products that provide genuine identification for superior security and save the customer money. CSS with its call centers is the largest company of its kind and prides itself on providing high-quality personalized service. While working with CSS, FaceKey has realized that the EntryGuard™ system is a perfect fit for the needs of call centers. Because the time clocks require only the touch of the employee’s fingerprint to accurately record the employee’s time at work, the system permits call center managers to control labor costs, their largest expense item. We anticipate that the knowledge we have gained in working with a growing company such as CSS, with multiple call centers, will give FaceKey an entry into a new niche in the security industry.”
