IdentiSys Inc., an Eden Prairie, Minn.-based sales and service integrator of identification, tracking and security products, announced the acquisition of CardSmart Systems Inc., a Lisle, Ill.-based ID system provider. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With the acquisition, IdentiSys expands its local sales and service operation throughout the Midwest. IdentiSys specializes in identification technologies and applications—including photo ID systems, access control, tracking and first responder accountability solutions—along with production printing, mailing and fulfillment systems.
