SALTO shows off new security system in Essen

Thursday, October 30, 2008 in News

Electronic lock specialist SALTO Systems, based in Spain, unveiled its new XS4 RFID self-programmable contactless access control system during the recent Security 2008 show in Essen, Germany. Its new access control concept allows users to jump up to the next level of control as their security needs change.

This new networked lockset can be used for a wide range of applications and can be upgraded at any time. Users can choose from a simple self programmable system that needs no computer to manage it, through a more complex mid-range ROM system up to a high performance data-on-card system using SALTO’s Virtual Network technology that allows users to control all the doors in an entire building or group of buildings from a single PC. [end]
