Identification Systems Group, a network of dealers in identification and card personalization systems, has unveiled the MOCA (Multi-application Open Card Architecture) Card. The MOCA Card was developed in coordination with two key ISG partners, XceedID and CPI Card Group.

The 13.56 MHz contactless smart card is can handle multiple applications with its open architecture. Multiple applications are available with the MOCA card, including access control, biometric security, tracking applications and logical security applications.

Identification Systems Group offers the ability to integrate MOCA during your ID issuance process, allowing for a single point of enrollment and card issuance. The MOCA CardTrax program guarantees each card carries a unique access control number.

The credentials can be read by XceedID’s line of multi-technology access control readers. These readers operate on both 125 KHz Proximity and 13.56 MHz Contactless technologies. Multi-technology readers enable traditional proximity card users to migrate to MOCA cards over time. [end]
