New legislation has been submitted in the U.S. Senate that would roll back parts of the REAL ID Act, including the identity vetting portion. Regarding ID Editor Zack Martin spoke with Janice Kephart, a member of the 9/11 Commission and director of national security policy at the Center for Immigration Studies, about the proposed law.
