Clear, a provider of registered traveler security express lanes at some U.S Airports, and American Express have entered into a partnership. American Express corporate cardmembers will soon receive preferred pricing on Clear’s annual membership and appointment enrollment privileges. American Express corporate cardmembers go online to www.flyclear.com/axpcorporate to start their enrollment process. The process is then completed in person at an enrollment location where their fingerprints and iris images are captured and their identification is validated. Clear will also install enrollment stations in conveniently-located American Express Travel offices.
American Express, Clear Announce Strategic Marketing Partnership for Corporate Cards
NEW YORK – Clear, the leading service provider of registered traveler security express lanes at U.S. airports, announced today a strategic marketing partnership with American Express. Through the partnership, American Express corporate cardmembers will receive preferred pricing on Clear’s annual membership and appointment enrollment privileges at Clear’s network of off-airport city enrollment centers. Clear members have access to a separate, express security lane by using an identity card containing their encrypted fingerprint or iris images.
– Members are able to pass through security faster, with more
predictability and less hassle.
– The annual fee of $99.95 is charged once applicants are approved by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
– Clear has 75,000 members nationwide who use their Clear card at a growing number of airports participating in the program.
American Express will offer Clear to millions of its most frequent business travelers, its corporate cardmembers, who will receive:
– Preferred pricing on Clear’s annual membership
– Appointment services that allow them to pre-book times for biometric scanning
– Added convenience when enrolling 50 or more employees, by delivering enrollment kiosks to their office buildings, enabling travelers to sign up for Clear in the convenience of their own offices
American Express corporate cardmembers can simply go online to www.flyclear.com/axpcorporate to start their enrollment process using this special offer. The process is then completed in person at an enrollment location where their fingerprints and iris images are captured and their identification is validated.
Clear will also install enrollment stations in conveniently-located American Express Travel offices including the one at the World Financial Center in the heart of New York’s Wall Street area.
