Bundesdruckerei GmbH plans to demonstrate how secure identification can help in every facet of an individual’s life. The Berlin-based company will showcase these different technologies at CeBit, March 4 – 9 in Hanover, Germany.
The central topic for all the sectors will be secure identity in a digital world. Bundesdruckerei is known as a manufacturer of high-security IDs and passports but is announcing new products in the digital world.
In the Home sector the company will show how citizens using an electronic ID card and a qualified signature can sign a legally binding mobile phone contract from the comfort of his own home.
In the Government section visitors will see how personal data is protected on its journey from application to the issuing and checking of an ID document.
The Business world will show visitors how business and administrative processes can be optimized by using electronic office ID cards or digital invoice management.
In the field of Health Care, the company will present solutions for the electronic health card and the ID card for medical professions. And lastly in the Airport sector, Bundesdruckerei will use verification and identification solutions to demonstrate how identity misuse can be prevented at borders.
