Codebench Inc. announced that it has integrated its PIVCheck Plus software with the Pinnacle access control software from Sielox, offering federal agencies and other organizations a compliant HSPD-12 solution.
Codebench’s PIVCheck software suite provides a transition to HSPD-12 or FIPS-201 compliance by leveraging a facility’s physical access control system for card validation, authentication and registration. Integrated video rich clients, Web clients, data exchange, virtual machines, intelligent elevator interface with destination dispatch and FIPS-201 support are some of many important Pinnacle features.
By pairing the PIVCheck solution with Pinnacle, federal government users and other organizations that need to comply with HSPD-12 requirements will be able to easily validate FIPS-201 compliant credentials in real-time and to continue that validation with an ongoing, user-defined schedule.
The integration between PIVCheck and Pinnacle also allows entities to easily register PIV, TWIC, CAC or FRAC cards without having to do additional data entry on each cardholder.
