GAO RFID has introduced its ultra-high frequency Gen2 RFID reader, model 216007, featuring enhanced interference rejection and mono-static antenna connections, with a small footprint and high read rate.
The reader prevents data loss by saving tag information in its non-volatile memory, which preserves data even in the event of a power failure. Another key feature of the reader is its autonomous mode function, which enables automated operation based on external triggers, timing or software inputs.
The data loss prevention reader is compatible with EPC ultra-high frequency Gen 2 and ISO 18000-6c standard, and it also has an IP53 protection rating, allowing it to work and continue in harsh environments.
Additionally, it operates over a frequency range of 902.75 MHz – 927.5 MHz and can be integrated with RFID software, making a suitable fit for supply chain or manufacturing and asset management applications. Also, it is interoperable with RFID platforms, such as Microsoft BizTalk RFID, IBM Web Sphere, Oat Systems and Oracle.
