Mercedes Benz Canada and Bash Interactive together launched an RFID “Tap to Like” on Facebook and automated e-brochure program for the Mercedes Benz Canadian Autoshow.
Attendees are each given an RFID card which is linked to their Facebook Profile. As the attendee browses the Mercedes Benz Exhibit, the RFID card is tapped onto ‘Like Boxes’ mounted on digital podiums for an individual ‘Like’ on Facebook for a specific car model.
A customized photo-booth also allows attendees to tap their RFID card to select images of various cars and then to pose for an automatic digital picture capture which super-imposes them onto the car they selected to look as though they were driving it themselves.
Using the Bash! RFID-Connect Platform, all attendee photos and ‘Likes’ of the car models are published directly onto their individual Facebook Profile. Attendees will also receive customized PDF brochures on all models of the cars they liked, with the customized picture on the brochure cover.
