Vision POS Sees RFID as the Next Big Thing

Tech supplier Vision POS today announced that has upped its commitment to RFID and biometrics, promoting point-of-sale soultions with a “higher data capacity” in lieu of barcodes.
The company, which support the retailer through direct and outsourced maintenance programs, stated in a press release that it will continue to focus on its traditional POS systems, including Fujitsu point of sale and IBM point of sale equipment – but with a careful eye on the next big thing.
