Biometric driver licenses in the works for Canada

The Canadian province of British Columbia announced its plans to, at the very least, begin looking at the feasibility of bringing biometric technology to driver licenses. The licenses could potentially hold information such as finger print details, facial or hand geometries, and even retinal characteristics. Click here to get the scoop. [end]
