Community College Implements Biometrics in the Dining Room

Sawtry Community College has decided to switch from a smart card-based payment system, to a fingerprint identification mechanism that can be used to charge accounts at the point of sale. It's a much more streamlined system of delivering meals to the students, thanks in part to Toshiba and Datasym, with technology provided by Aufait Systems.
