Israeli government releases tender for biometric system

The Israeli government released a tender detailing its plans for a nationwide biometric enrolment solution, according to Security Document World. The solution is designed to support the country’s eID project and upcoming electronic passport project.
The enrollment project involves the capture of two fingerprints, a facial image and signature capture, at sites throughout the country.
