Angelo State University students will begin receiving residual financial aid dollars on their campus ID card in the summer semester. The university has contracted with Higher One to provide banking services on the campus’ Ram Card. According to a report in the student newspaper, the Ram Page, the new card can be used on campus and as a debit card at any business that accepts MasterCard.
According to the article, students not wishing to use the new service can “opt to have their money transferred from Higher One to their banking account, which would take three to five business days, or they can have a check cut and mailed to them, which could take five to seven business days.”
