The Sony Wonder Technology Lab in Midtown Manhattan is issuing guests Sony FeliCa contactless card that are used to access the different exhibits, according to a New York One news report. The lab is designed to give kids and adults a history of electronics and show them how the different devices are used.
When guests first arrive they enter their name, favorite color, favorite type of music and that information follows you from exhibit to exhibit.
The first half of the new part of this exhibit shows how technology works and how many of the devices used in everyday life work. The second half shows the technology’s applications, including a hands-on exhibit on motion capture and computer animation.
