Brown University security vulnerability found, new logins needed

Brown University is transitioning to a new MyCourses login due to a recent tip from a computer science student about a potential security risk.
According to The Brown Daily Herald, anyone could capture a login ID and password when a student signed into their MyCourses account, and enabled access to their personal data through Brown Web sites including the Banner information system.
The single, integrated Banner system holds personal information pertaining to undergraduate, graduate and medical admissions, financial aid, student billing and all aspects of records and registration, including student transcripts, registration, and academic history.
