IBM has published a Redguide publication called “BIO-key Biometrica Service Provider for IBM Security Access Manager for Enterprise Single Sign-On” that details how IBM clients can have advanced authentication and identification solutions with BIO-key’s biometric technology.
BIO-key aims to simplify companies’ access of systems and applications through a fingerprint, biometric-enabled sign-on to IBM Security Access Manager for Enterprise Single Sign-On. The process takes only one to two seconds and alleviates people from having to enter usernames and passwords.
IBM chose BIO-key as a biometric partner because of BIO-key’s ability to have universal access to any fingerprint reader on any device, using any operating system.
