BIO-Key International has partnered with Indigo Identityware to implement password-free strong authentication and single sign-on solution.

Indigo Identityware’s health care software enables for fast access to medical records while BIO-Key’s fingerprint biometric software – which is already present in hospitals, blood centers and eye care centers, with planned implementations for Central Minnesota NeuroSciences and Twin Cities Orthopedics – provides secure and convenient access to electronic medical records for a number of health care providers.

The companies’ partnership has already provided electronic medical record access solutions for a number of health care providers including Lifelong Medical, Summit Orthopedics, Midwest Eye Care and Mille Lacs Health Systems. The implementation of password-free strong authentication and single sign-on has the partnership eyeing further expansion.
