BIO-key International, Inc. announced that its Law Enforcement group has been awarded over $450,000 in contracts in the fourth quarter of 2007 to date. These commitments have been made by forty public safety agencies located across the U.S. comprised of municipal and county agencies as well as emergency management departments and major metropolitan transit and police agencies.

WALL, N.J. — BIO-key International, Inc., a leader in finger-based biometric identification and wireless public safety solutions announced today that its Law Enforcement group has been awarded over $450,000 in contracts in the fourth quarter of 2007 to date. These commitments have been made by forty public safety agencies located across the U.S. comprised of municipal and county agencies as well as emergency management departments and major metropolitan transit and police agencies. Several new customers to BIO-key also made commitments including: the Easton, PA Police Department; the Middletown, DE Police Department; and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
