Biometric Signature ID (BSI), a developer of signature-based gesture biometric solutions, has announced it has received a 99.97% accuracy rating in identifying and curbing fraud in attempted log-ins during testing by The Tolly Group, an independent IT testing company.
The testing was performed on BSI’s BioSig-ID signature gesture authentication software which also resulted in a high 99.78% accuracy in properly identifying legitimate users in the same rounds of testing by Tolly. BioSig-ID surpassed the expectations of its testers at Tolly and, coupled with the fact that the software requires no new hardware, only a mouse to authenticate a user, it has also resulted in a 99% positive user experience rating.
