Hyland Hills Water World in Denver, Colo. is using the PDC Smart RFID Wristband Kiosk by Precision Dynamics for self-service locker rentals and a variety of other functions, according to selfserviceworld.com.
The touch screen kiosk automatically programs and distributes a waterproof, RFID-enabled Smart Band wristband, which offers guests secure access to their assigned locker by simply tapping it to a RFID reader located on each locker.
To use the kiosk, guests read instructions on the touch screen monitor to select the desired size of locker and insert their payment into the machine.
The Smart Kiosk, together with Smart Band wristbands, can be programmed to perform a variety of additional functions, such as self-service ticketing, fast-pass upgrades, tube rentals, cashless payment, social media integration, photo management systems, and customer loyalty programs.
