Idaho’s new licenses improve security

Idaho driver licenses are being overhauled to include security enhancements. The new licenses will be distributed from a single central source instead of over the counter at local offices.
People getting a new license or ID card will be issued a 30-day paper copy, and will be mailed an official card, reports Kmvt.com.
The new cards have several new forms of security including “micro–printing, ghost images and a laser–perforated pattern that reveals the shape of the Gem State when held to the light.”
