Mexican fast food chain Chido has announced that its first restaurant in Paris, France will feature a mobile loyalty program from Airtag.
Using Airtag’s AIRFID solution, Chido customers can earn loyalty loyalty points using a traditional Chido loyalty card with a printed 2D bar code or by launching a free app on their smart phone that contains an NFC tag based loyalty card. The system also accepts contactless Navigo transit passes.
To earn points, the customer must tap, swipe or scan his loyalty method of choice against an interactive tablet at the register. According to Airtag, the tablet connects to Chido’s online loyalty program in real time, instantly identifying the customer and awarding the appropriate amount of points.
Customers can now register for the program here.
