Los Angeles-based TeleSign and Singapore-based Data Security Systems Solutions (DS3) have announced a partnership to integrate TeleSign two-factor authentication into DS3’s Authentication Server. The resulting product will be able to authenticate users in their native language in any country.
TeleSign 2FA adds phone-based two-factor authentication to DS3’s hardware and software tokens.
With it, DS3 customers can receive authentication codes via voice or SMS in over 200 countries. The product recognizes 87 languages, including several Chinese dialects.
The added voice support enables DS3’s clients to have protected account access and authenticated transactions on a global basis.
