Practical steps to keep your data secure in the cloud

Cloud computing is the new thing these days. Everybody wants in, and with the service being relatively new, there are bound to be problems.
ZDNet offers some simple steps to remember when trying to protect data:
- Remember to make unique passwords that people will not guess.
- Use numbers, random characters, to help make it something that a potential hacker could not guess.

Consider using two-factor authentication for your email inbox, because so much sensitive information is stored in this one place.

Consider using a very obscure password reset key. This can be the way in for malicious suspects.
- Finally, always have a backup plan. Utilize a back up email account, or have a place to go for internet should your network become compromised.
