DAILY RFID has released a new disposable RFID wristband designed for personnel tracking, such as logging runner times in marathon events.
Each RFID wristband is constructed of a light-weight, waterproof, and heat-resistant material to support long-term use. Also equipped with a unique ID, the RFID wristband automatically and accurately records the time the runner crosses the start line and the time he/she crosses the finish line.
With RFID, mistakes and inaccuracies are reduced, leaving results more equal and fair. The wristband is good for a one-time use, but once the button is taken off data maintenance can still last 10 years.
Furthermore, with a standard diameter of 170 millimeters or 230 millimeters, and standard color of yellow or green, it can also be customized for access control in the fields of amusement park, correctional facilities, swimming pools and hospitals.
