Savi Technology unveiled a new RFID component intended to streamline design and development processes of DASH7 RFID-based tracking devices.
Combining three microprocessor chips into one unit the size of a dime, the new silicon system-on-a-chip (SoC) features an ultra-low power 32-bit ARM processor core in a single 9mm x 9mm chip package.
Its design aims to consolidate and simplify integration of electrical circuitry used to process and store data on RFID tags and readers used in supply-chain tracking.
