Some issues with Penn State’s new ticketing system

Last week’s Penn State opener against the University of Akron unveiled the new ticketing system where student swiped their ID card and were granted access. But The Daily Collegian report that the system has some issues.
Some students were not allowed access even after multiple swipes. “They told me to swipe my card a second time, then go to the resolution booth,” said one student. “I think it would be good if it worked. The resolution booth was a pain.”
Despite some issues, Associate Athletic Director Greg Myford said 95.5% of students gained entry on the first swipe and that there will not be any extreme changes made to the system.
