sQuid has announced the launch of a new loyalty and payment contactless smart card at the four star Landmark Hotel in Dundee, Scotland.
The Landmark Hotel’s loyalty smart card allows guests to make contactless payments at the hotel and receive rewards redeemable in the hotel’s bar and restaurant, as well as ‘booker’ rewards for accommodation bookings.
The card features two purses: one for making payments with pre-loaded money, and one for storing their loyalty rewards. The accounts can be managed online, where users can load credit onto their cards and view transactions on both purses to keep track of what they are spending, as well as how much they are being rewarded.
According to The Landmark Hotel’s General Manager, Mike Metcalfe, guests will be rewarded with cash credit on their sQuid cards every time they visit the hotel, which can be collected and used for any of Landmark’s facilities.
