Legislative leaders, the administration and the non-profit Vermont Information Technology Leaders are working together to craft an application for federal economic stimulus dollars to bring more technology to health care.
Shumlin wants to make sure doctors, insurers, experts in information technology and policymakers are working toward the same end on the project.
