Dayton’s RFID Convergence Center opens doors to public

The Dayton RFID Convergence Center, part of Dayton, OH’s new business and technology park called Tech Town, has opened its doors and invited the public to tour the facility from 1:30 to 6:00 this afternoon, according to the Dayton Daily News.
The Convergence Center has already seen some high profile visitors today, including political leaders and representatives of regional companies like Procter & Gamble, Avery Dennison and Lexmark.
The center, touted as “the world’s first RFID business incubator,” currently houses five RFID entrepreneur companies, including Ohio’s own RES RFID Enabled Solutions. The center is expected to house four more start-ups in the near future.
