In upscale dining rooms, pork is hot stuff.
So’s the case in Beijing, too, where we’re hearing reports that the largest pork trade platform pilot opened in Bali Bridge produce wholesale market.
According to the officials and news reports, Beijing is, for the first time, using RFID technology as the basis of its electronic tally system. The biggest reason? Quality problems can be traced all the way back to slaughterhouse and terminals of sale.
