The National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace National Program Office awarded three new pilots – totaling $3.7 million – focusing on health care, access to government services and the Internet of Things. The recipients of the latest round of grants include: Galois – building a tool that enable users to store and share private information online; HealthIDx – developing a privacy-enhancing technology that protects patients’ identity and information; MorphoTrust – focusing on preventing the theft of personal state tax refunds.
