PerSay solution helps Vodafone win award

PerSay, a developer of voice biometrics systems, has announced that the call center for mobile telephone company Vodafone Turkey has received an award for “The Best Call Center Technology Solution” due to its implementation of PerSay’s VocalPassword technology. VocalPassword is a solution that authenticates a user’s identity via an interaction with a computer that prompts the user for specific spoken statements or passwords.
The implementation of PerSay’s system allowed Vodafone Turkey to create a number of automated services that would both ease the experience for a caller as well as alleviate costs associated with call center employees performing basic tasks manually.
