South Korean RFID tag maker RFCamp has introduced 4 UHF RFID tags designed to withstand a variety of harsh environments. The new TITAN line can endure temperatures in excess of 400 degrees Fahrenheit, high humidity levels and mechanical shock, all while resisting interference from nearby metal surfaces.
The four members of the TITAN family (TITAN Smallest, TITAN Ultra-Thin, TITAN Basic, and TITAN Fastener) cover a variety of sizes and potential applications. RFCamp representatives also pledge quick delivery times for large tag orders, due to the mass production capabilities of their Chinese factory.
RFCamp, which offers a line of roughly 30 specialty tags, has the financial backing of several major venture capital firms including SAMSUNG Ventures and STIC Ventures.
