Soliatis and Raisonance merge to form Keolabs

Raisonance and Soliatis, two suppliers of test and certification solutions, have merged to form Keolabs, a new company for testing and developing smart cards and secure components.
Combining the complementary smart card test offers of the two companies, Keolabs will provide test solutions and pre-certification test suites to validate secure components used in applications such as NFC payments and identification, as well as operate an accredited certification center.
Keolabs will also offer Raisonance brand of microcontroller application development tools for engineers creating microcontroller applications. According to Keolab, these development tools aid in the creation and testing of embedded software for product sectors that range from consumer electronics and home appliances to industrial control and automotive systems.
Keolabs, headquartered in Montbonnot, France, will be managed by a Board of Directors composed equally of managers from Soliatis and Raisonance.
The companies will also retain a significant presence in Salon de Provence, France, which remains the home of the Smart Card Solutions and Certification activity.
