University of North Dakota selects CBORD® access control
University selects CS Access™, the only access control system designed specifically for colleges & universities
Ithaca, New York: The CBORD Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that The University of North Dakota has chosen CBORD® as its campus access control technology provider. The university recently selected CBORD’s CS Access™ product, the only access control system designed specifically for the higher-education community.
Already a user of CBORD’s Odyssey PCS™ campus card system, the university will now be able to integrate its card system and access control operations. The sharing of data between the two systems makes it easy for schools to manage access control, spending, and all other card privileges simultaneously.
“CBORD has a proven track record in the college and university market,” says Judy Sargent, Director of Resident Services at The University of North Dakota. “The CS Access product met our needs, and additionally, The University of North Dakota has had a good working relationship with CBORD for many years, giving us confidence in their service and technical support.”
“Campus security is a critical issue for universities, and the choice of an access control solution is never entered into lightly,” says Bruce Lane, CBORD’s Executive Vice President and COO. “We are very pleased to bring the extensive functionality offered by CS Access to The University of North Dakota, and are happy to further grow this long-term partnership.”
